Worst service especially the customer service lady...

Worst service especially the customer service lady Elina. I don't understand why they keep Russian staff with poor attitude and rubbish spoken English. They find it hard to understand the customer needs not willing to help. Not recommended. Though the hotel is nice but first impression pathetic.
Very disappointed.
