What first attracted us to Brown Haven Builders was their wide and varied selection of house plans. Their website gave us a good idea of their process.
Going through the selection process was easy. They have a wide selection of options on everything including cabinets, lighting, flooring, countertops, siding, roofing and other items. We used the services of the Brown Haven staff designer who assisted us with selections and made good suggestions. We were well pleased with her help.
The contract process was very easy. When we could not get to the office to go over the contract changes in person, we were able to use GoTo Meeting and complete the process online.
The building process went smoothly. The project manager/builder for our house sent regular updates by text including photos. He was quick to respond to questions or concerns. Having built several homes before this one, we found this to be a pleasant experience.
We have and do recommend Brown Have to anyone building a new home and are well satisfied with our home.
