Problems with checkin, night manager was extremely condescending border line rude. He insisted Amex was not accepted in the hotel amongst many other excuses. Provided me with the wrong room and wasn't able to provide a solution for payment. Thankfully the management in the day are more than competent and resolved it all for me the next morning. This however left a bad taste in my mouth and first impressions really do count. Overlooking this terrible start, the hotel and the rest of the staff should get a 4/5 rating.
