The rooms were flooded with water. Water everywher...

The rooms were flooded with water. Water everywhere running down the light bulb in the ceiling. The shattered ceiling. Corridors full of water. My husband slipped and injured his back and ankle. We had to change hotels because we could not accept another room because the hallways in the lobby and other floors were also flooded with water. The customer service is horrendous. No facility to return our money even though we only stayed for a single night out of 5. The ceiling of the neighboring room was collapsing. How on earth can I accept another room in a hotel where my safety is in danger? My check in was Oct 30, 2020. And we changed hotels the next day.
