The worst. Charged me for a remote key - $500 - that should have been on warranty. Found out b/c I went to the Northfiled LandRover for service and they told me there should have been no charge. When I called to ask about it - I got the runaround from the receptionist for about 15 minutes. Holds. Voice mails, etc.. I still haven't spoken to anyone and her only solution was to send an email to someone and have them call me back. My prior experience purchasing my car there was terrible too which is how I ended up at Northfield years ago. Our first sales guy was clueless and knew NOTHING about the cars he was selling. I seriously thought we were being punked. Our second sales person tried to pressure us on buying only what they had in stock instead of trading another dealer for the color we wanted. I think at that price point - people should be thrilled with everything about their purchase. So - Terrible sales department. Terrible service department. Terrible receptionist. Why go there EVER when there is another dealer just 20 minutes away on the Edens?
