This place had the perfect atmosphere. Its exactly what one would be expecting in a civil war tavern. Everything else was subpar. My old fashion was made incorrectly, it had all the muddled orange in the drink and it wasnt strained. Made drinking difficult. My husbands beer was served in a 10 oz. Goblet which was also unexpected. We shared a hot beef sandwich, it was dry and the potato chips were store bought. We got there when the opened at 1130am and it was almost full by 1215 and this was off season. Next time we are here we would like to try the dinner service.
