I had a new Magic Pack heating and air conditioning system installed on November 20th. I had used Donovan & Jorgenson for many years for tune ups and servicing of my heating and air conditioning system. On November 13th I had a cleaning and tune up scheduled and found out there was a small hole in the heat exchanger. My unit is 18 years old and I knew it was time to bit the bullet and get a new one. I did call a few places for quotes but new in my heart I hoped to stay with Donovan & Jorgenson if we could make the number works. I had always been impressed with all the Service Technicians who had come to my house previously. They were always on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Having to purchase a big ticket item like this in 2020 was stressful but Mike from the sales department was highly professional, responsive and personable. The two Technicians who installed the unit, Josh and Jose did not disappoint. They arrived right as expected, had great personalities and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Donovan & Jorgenson for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.
