I typically try to give stores the benefit of the doubt; but the lack of customer service is not good when making a trade / sale. I sent 2 lenses in for an evaluation weeks ago (they were prompt in sending me a prepaid shipping label) since they were getting product at no expense (obviously).
Weeks have gone by with no communication after emails and phone calls; and I'm without 2 cine lenses in my possession. Customer service is outsourced overseas, so you can't just call the store directly - they have to call you. Customer Service is excellent when acquiring your gear; but not so good after your gear is in their possession - because they already have it. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
