Cotton Cloud Futons has always been my favorite place to buy futons, and I have bought several over the years. I have also bought furniture.
They came to deliver my recent order and were running early, which was so appreciated! Then when I discovered I'd ordered the wrong size, they took it back and Mack called me back right away to get the right size ordered. The delivery and customer service people were all very polite and pleasant to interact with! Thanks for a positive experience.
