Awesome experience dealing with Chuck! He helped me with my trade-in and got me set up on the perfect bike for me. Also an accessory for the bike that was missing was found and shipped right to my door. My wife will want a new bike soon, so I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks again Chuck and Mike!
