Just rented a car from them last week, paid deposit 700 and when we check the car before taking it they noticed that it's a damage on both rims which I have it on my phone and in the email from them as proof.. when we returned the car there was none to check the car even if I was ask for one .. they were saying that the guys finish earlier.. today I've got an email from some Robert saying that they found a new damage on the car for which Must pay 550 euro.. the only problem it's that the damage it's the same as when i took it . Same wheel, some place.. now i have the vehicle condition paper from when i took the car where shows the damage and the leter asking for payment for the same damage..
