Cannot believe anyone has complaints, but you can't please everyone. I have been with sequel for many years, first with my home daycare, then with my foster and adopted children.
I have nothing but praise for the entire staff, who are always very positive and willing to research and find resources outside of their own to better help their clients.
I recommend them highly.
