Had to have my Pilot towed into the Serramonte Honda service department on a Saturday morning without an appointment. The service manager was empathetic, and worked my vehicle into the service rotation to determine the problem. Needed an ordered part, so the car wasn't ready until the following Tuesday, but was pleased with the customer service and quality of the work done to correct the problem with my Pilot.
