Please check your bills. They coded my yearly exam incorrectly and sent me a bill for $371 dollars. I called and spoke to Donna and was informed that they checked on it and determined that it was coded correctly. Obviously it wasn't if my insurance denied their claim. They refuse to fix this. I am being extorted and have no other option than to pay to preserve my credit rating. I had a billing issue with St Mary's and it was immediately rectified, so I'm not understanding why I've been treated so rudely by Froedtert's billing people.

I requesting a call back via phone the week of April 12th 2015, the person on the facebook page also said I would receive a call back this week, the week of the 19th. It's April 23rd and I have yet to be contacted about this.

Got a call from Diane today, what a remarkable and helpful woman. The bill situation was remedied and now I can sleep at night without being stressed. I wish all of the people I deal with on a daily basis were like Diane.
