Phil managed my recent vehicle repairs. I am grateful for his facilitation between Champion, Chrysler and me. Phil has superior communication skills including the ability to communicate complex repairs to a novice. He is patient, a good listener, serves with a sense of urgency, and is very fair - even negotiating on my behalf with Chrysler. I feel lucky to have Phil as a resource.
