I purchased a replacement Volvo started motor which failed outside the warranty period due to Covid lockdowns. I was told that Volvo were unlikely to accept a warranty claim, (very disappointing)!
However, Carrie Adam with the help of Andy Notley successfully submitted the claim on my behalf and refunded the purchase price of the second starter I purchased.
Carrie was very helpful and professional. Very good customer service from Volspec, highly recommended.
