Horrible. We're travelling with young kids and upon their insistence had booked two rooms almost a month in advance. Upon arrival, we were provided two non connected rooms on two different floors. Since our children are young, we requested to upgrade to a suite and were willing to pay extra-Request -rejected!!! Finally we told them to cancel the other room on on another floor,since they cannot provide us rooms as per our requirement-again request rejected!!!
So all four of us will be sleeping in one room and unnecessarily pay for an extra room on another floor for the next 5 days!!!!!
No lobby, short staffed and unfriendly staff.
Rooms are all dingy and boxy. Curtains are grey,bathrooms reminds me of hospitals.
Waldorf Astoria has ruined our stay in Edinburg.
