This is the worst place to lease annulay through, very hard to get in touch with anybody, takes a long time for them to come and fix anything that's broke in your apartment! Everything is just rigged up there, the maintence is the sorriest saddest group of "handyman" and that's all they are, are half ass handyman! Anita and Stephanie both are excuse and give you the run around queens! I've been calling for days trying to speak to Anita And the same girl answers every time, Liz I do believe, there the shadiest group of people to do business with! And I don't put that lightly! Always and excuse and time is not of the essence to them! Once your locked in your in baby! I highly advise not going thru this agency, and if your just planning to move to Myrtle from another state cause every time you vacationed there you had a Great time Hell with that, cause once you have Bill's and responsibilities, watching a thousand Sun burnt tourist almost wrecking and fighting and stinking, Myrtle is not a place to LIVE! At ALL! STAY AWAY FROM STAND MANAGMENT GROUP I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!!!!
