Super bummed to find out they can not do an oil ch...

Super bummed to find out they can not do an oil change on my 2018 Ram Promaster after driving all the way there. The Ram dealer that cannot service a Ram truck... pretty unreasonable. The service gentleman was nice about it - but come on you need to do better. The kicker was their big sign stating how they service all makes and models - no, they don't even service their own makes and model.
