Olympia London was a fantastic venue for multi-day conference I attended. A lot of the staff was fantastic and super friendly and helpful. That said, accessibility was a huge issue. I got conflicting reports about wheelchair availability from different sources and then ended up walking a few blocks (...with double canes and issues walking) to enquire about getting a wheelchair for the day because I'd been told they were available. I get there and not only are there none available, the person working in the booth was rude and snappish, eventually telling me to "go on away, then." I was extremely upset. If I'd been told it wasn't a possibility from the get go then fine, but the extra walking was exhausting (again, friends, serious mobility issues right now) only to be turned away without so much as a "sorry for your inconvenience." (Not only that, but the person mentioned they had 8 chairs. Eight on hand does not seem like nearly enough for a venue that size.)

The venue itself had very very little seating or resting areas (like...benches along the side walls) that were at all accessible, which was also frustrating.
