I am a bit disappointed and frustrated, as in the year I have had my vehicle, not once have I needed the service center to fix a problem until now. I called and had to leave a message, and when I finally spoke to a service tech. I was told that I needed to leave my car there, it would be about a week before they can look at it, and in the meantime, he said he had no "loaners" for me, and asked if I had another way to get around. Around? I work, and if I had another car, I would not have to have bought this one. With that being said when I purchased the vehicle, I bought the extended warranty (all the bells and whistles) yeah right. Along with leaving the car for a week, and no loaner, he also told me to call another Dodge service center to have my vehicle looked at. Wow! Thank you! but no thanks! How inconvenient is this when you need your vehicle checked for a water leak inside the vehicle!
