Be careful when booking a lot of hidden fees. Customer service is terrible.!!!!!!! Quoted one price from going to pick up my car today at 5am only to find out that they added 380 extra dollars & never explained why. After going back & forth with the front desk lady who not only showed up 30min late to work but had the nerve to be upset cause I was asking questions. I gave up and left!!! I decided to call customer service When asking to speak to anyone like a Manager I was put on hold & then I was hung up on only after being on hold 2x both 30 & 40 minutes. NEVERRRRR once considered I m losing money for the last minute inconvience reservations I booked elsewhere and I m stranded when I booked a week in advance. BE CAREFUL !!!!!
