Polite, punctual, professional and ethical. Stefan was honest enough to fix my front and back door locks without my having to go to the extra expense of having either one replaced. This took a GREAT burden off my mind as I am presently cash strapped. I was so relieved that I offered him a $50 tip which he declined even though I tried to press it on him.
