AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been 7 months since my car was written off from a lorry

Have been spoken very passive aggressively on the phone to on more than one occasion

Have sent multiple messages into my claim none have been responded to

Have had to call multiple times to be given no update, crazy how Hastings refered me to this company. Bad customer service, no outcome on a cut and dry case
