Management that is very unprofessional, we stay in...

Management that is very unprofessional, we stay in a suite room but there is not even one bottle of mineral water available, when asking the house keeping party to wait until 2 hours of mineral water comes, it must be upset first. In the bath room there is also no mat available, and the same must wait 2 hours for the mat to finally arrive. Really very disappointing ....
