I highly recommend EA-CD because on top of getting back into the workforce; it is about getting a job (with the help of the counsellor) that is mutually advantageous and a good fit for the incumbent employee and the hiring company. Attend the classes, the workshops, and the networking sessions. Do the work (cv, marketing letters, phone calls). The counsellors at EA-CD are very knowledgeable and supportive. Listen to them. Best of all, have and maintain a positive attitude. And please be nice to the gatekeeper Frances at the front desk.
