Google does not care to respond to anyone when there is a problem with a google review. I am sure that this one will be taken down very quickly. I think that it is about time you start replying when there is a complaint/problem with a review. If you are going to provide a service then follow through. I am sure that some lawyer will come up with the bright idea of creating a class action suit against you as there are many that are loosing business due to your inactivity..
