Second Truck purchase from Kitchener Ford, first was a 2016 King Ranch and that pruchase was fairly smooth, now I went back and did a Custom Order for a 2018 Platinum, though some initial difficulties I ended up landing the Order/Purchase with Bryan who looked after everything else, answered every question and knew the answer to all my questions. Absolutly perfect experience, requested "no touch and minimal milage" and received exactly that so I could get the paint and body treated because anyone touched it. Overall awesome experience, Bryan was great to deal with and everything was perfect. Thanks guys for the experience, and not making me sit through a lot of bull up selling (I hate it when they sit you with someone who goes on and on about a bunch of stuff I forget about 30 seconds in).
