Sunday night staffing sparseness led to a delay in being waited on ( at least that is my assumption for source of delay) bone in short rib was incredibly fatty. Server did not return to ask about meal for quite some time so I tried to make the meal work and it fell way short. Luckily it eventually was rectified.
