Update: After posting this review, I received a call from Arland Ross - VP of Operations. He apologized for the issue. and offered to eat the return shipping and restocking fee. Additionally, he offered to sell the correct item at cost.

As a result of this interaction, I am raising the star rating to 3. After the transactions (return and new item received) are complete, I will update this review again.

Initial Review: PC Nation's customer service is abysmal. New customer here and they treated my company like they didn't want new business. Well, they succeeded. No new business.

Addendum: (clarification posted after initial review) I mistakenly ordered the wrong item after being directed to the site from a Google search in which PCNation had an advertisement in the search results. Upon receiving the wrong item, I called customer service to return the item. It is here that the issues began and caused my review.
