I've had to work with this company twice through my insurance provider when required to leave the house for construction. Both times I've experienced 20-30 minute delays at check-in because the credit card provided would not go through and I've had to check in and out multiple times in one stay because they actually had me switching rooms during my stay. Terrible experience.
