Purchased a used car. Less than 2 weeks later a catastrophic failure required the motor be replaced. Things like this happen and it was under warranty since it happened in the first 30 days so no big deal.

However, I spent the next two months getting the runaround and never getting calls back while it was worked out. I shouldn't have to wait two months for a resolution. I was promised calls back and got none and had to call to get an update. This happened multiple times.
