Beware of these guys! I brought my honda in to service the air conditioning system. They replaced the compressor with a refurbished compressor, and a year later (almost to the day) it goes bad again. I went back to them so that they could make good on this, and told them what the issue was. A guy who hadn't been working there long, "talks to the service manager" (I believe Don is the service manager?) and tells me that there's nothing they can do because the part is out of warranty. A compressor should not go bad after a year, particulalry in a climate where you only use the air 3 months out of 12. What's bad is the service manager doesn't even come to talk to me about the issue "because he's busy at the moment." This is what the rep tells me while I'm watching Don(?) in his office. If I were a service mgr., I'd engage a customer who has a problem. That's customer service 101!
After paying over $1100, I'm not going back to have you charge me again to diagnose a problem when I told you what the problem was.
Many have had a good experience here. I am not one of them, and I'm not going back there!
