the tech was very nice, friendly, respectful and, carried a smile the whole time. On time and well dressed in uniform. Answered all of our questions with no hesitation and gave us tips on making our service better. He was very quick as not to disrupt our work flow process and was in & out in no time. I would recommend him & Kings III anytime!!!
