I'm a property manager, and I knew once ONE! Company had the monopoly on the waste circuit, here in Los Angeles there would be problems. Constant late or not even picked up garbage bins, or this "new" system by constantly leaving our bins out on the streets overnight!! Letting everyone passing by puck thru it.
