Their products are horrible ! I have had an oven-microwave unit malfunction shortly after purchase. 5 years and over 10 service calls later, the unit still does not operate fully. I continue to pay for service visits to fix the same issue and the corporation wont replace my unit. Customer service agents cannot make decisions and they are refusing to stand behind their product. Stay away !
