I placed an order on July 5 of a product, which is supposed to be delivered between 24-48 hours. Days went by and I received nothing. I had to get in touch with them to know what was happening and they only knew how to say that they had technical problems and that I would receive it on that day. Such a day arrived but nothing was known about the product. I wrote them again and they told me again that I would receive it every day. Same as the previous time the day x arrived, but the product did not. I imagine it would be because they had no stock, but at least they say so and you know how to stick to it. The case is that in the end I told them to cancel the order and make the refund of the amount previously charged, which they did the day after writing them.
Personally I will continue to buy on Amazon as I have always done, that with them, at least, it will be true when I will receive the product.
