I was in extreme pain and they made me wait 3 hours for a bed and they did not gave me medication to fix my situation. And the prescriptions were wrong. The doctor said she called a specialist but the specialist didnt gave a prescription or came to see me directly. I left the hospital as I went. Two of the nurses were super rude. It is the worse w
Hospital I have been. The nurse who was taking my blood samples at the beginning was very disrespectful treating me as a dog very rude and I asked her for water and she told me she could not give me water and pointed me the water fountain and i was in severe pain and the financial guy who were suppose to take my insurance was hummiliating me with no privacy saying aloud my insurance making fun of me. No mercy or respect in that hospital. The service It is the contrary of what they are posting in the advertising in the wall. A nurse was screaming demanding me in the lobby for an urine sample when the personnel who did my sonogram directed me minutes previously to urinate. The worse was not being able to lay down for almost 3 hours or more having so much pain. And the humilliation with my insurance.I sincerely believe the doctor was lying when she said to me she consulted with a specialist about my case as she told me. I should demand to speak with her in person.
