The worst customer service I have ever had! The manager called me back today and actually blamed the poor communication on John's English and thick accent, since he's from a different country, and then asked me to forgive the salesman. Obviously, I'm not overly happy with John, but compared to the entire management at this place, he's a freaking saint. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of dealerships in Houston that won't disrespect your time and give you a bunch of excuses and finger pointing.
