After trying to get through to customer service with no avail (they gave me lip service.). I must say posting reviews got me some true customer service. After explaining my situation B&H allowed me to do then change of my new computer for a better one with more ram. Special thanks to Henry P! I will definitely continue to use (and count on) B&H for all my s/V needs!

I have ben a long running B&H customer and would really like to continue to purchase products from them. Unfortunately, in light of recent events, they are making quite hard for me to purchase.

After purchasing my MacBook Air I realized that it did not have sufficient memory to run the programs that I purchased the computer for originally. This MacBook Air is described as being able to be "Configured" for 16gb of ram. Unfortunately there is no mention that this has to be done before purchase and that once purchased it cannot be upgraded with more Ram.

This pretty much renders this MacBook Air as useless for my needs, I tried repeatedly to deal with B&H customer service and they have done nothing except give vacant apologies and asked if there was anything else they can help me with. I will make it my mission to make sure people do NOT purchase from B&H due to their terrible customer service, horrible return policy, and lack of interest in any sort of customer retention.

I urge you to NEVER buy products from them as a working professional they did not accommodate my exchange request when a product that they sold was poorly described and did not fit my needs.
