Poor customer service, and faulty products. They sold me a defective jbl power PCB, so I had to buy the same power pcb board in town at twice the price to fix my sub in a time crunch for a show that weekend. Now they want to give me the runaround on returning their defective product, because I went to someone else to buy a product that works. So if anyone needs a $200 boat anchor give these folks a call, or better yet find me and I'll get it to you at half price.
