BBB Houston has failed me as a consumer drastically. I believe they are more concerned on helping the business not to receive a negative review than they are with protecting consumers. Filing a complaint with the BBB Houston apparently serves no purpose any longer. What a disappointment. Helfman Ford cons and scams people as a BBB business and the BBB Houston helps them by closing cases out before they've been resolved and not allowing you to file another complaint or review. The integrity of the BBB is over. You can't trust the company that's suppose to be protecting the consumer.
