I've been going to Bob Walther's since I was a kid...

I've been going to Bob Walther's since I was a kid, and we've been taking our kids for years. The recent renovation is very nice, and we really like the bowling. However, I am dismayed by the high number of claw games. As we all know, claw games lure kids in but rarely result in anything but disappointment. We took my son and a friend there for his 6th birthday today, and they kept trying claw games. Most of the time, the claw would actually grab an item and lift it up, but then while moving to the drop shaft, the claw would visibly open up just enough to let the item fall. I'm surprised that Bob Walther's would select these horrible games for kids to play. There are even a group of claw games that are extra short so that small children can see them. My daughter tried the LOL one...and of course, the claw dropped the doll before it made it to the shaft. I really have always loved Bob Walther's but these claw games are just a huge disappointment.
