The Royal Hawaiian was very good to us when staying as Platinum reward members. We received a gorgeous ocean view room as an upgrade. And the room was positioned at the end of the building which meant it had a wrap around balcony that overlooked Duke's Restaurant and Bar. We were probably on the 5th floor or so.
