Don't bother staying here; as a three year diamond hhonors member, the service was abysmal. Definitely not what you would expect from a Hilton property let alone a Waldorf Astoria. Stayed for 7 nights, with a broken ice machine. If you've ever had a hang over before, you know how important ice can be. No issue right call room service/front desk... nope they never show up. Tried six different times and got ice twice. I spent 416,000 points and sadly I must say it's a waste. Stay at the Ritz it's across the street, not as glamorous of a lobby but judging my parents room to mine; it's nicer.
