I'm a System Support Manager for a company that uses QFM and I think the product is excellent. Its easy to use, easy to change the configuration and easy to support if a user has an issue or an error.

The SWG Support Team are also fantastic. They're very quick to respond and very supportive when we're adding some of their additional products and just have a query or suggestion that supports our own internal processes.
