Nice rooms and great food, stayed a few times now and back again in two weeks. Fantastic location overlooking the old harbour, could be scene from Caribbean when sun shines on white beach and water is aqua green and so clear looking
Friendly staff the breakfast was a buffet which wasn't the best
Be careful when you book, you will be charged your full stay amount immediately. Was advised by owner it was a mistake but they did the same to my colleague who travelled for work.... So not a one off mistake. Breakfast is poor and hotel needs money spent on it. Not an enjoyable stay.

dropped in for a coffee after a long journey. Owners seemed resentful of this (as didnt serve coffee options) and overcharged for what was bitter coffee and a slice of toast.

Lovely bar, fantastic burgers! Thoroughly recommend the Chieftain Burger (Haggis Beef combo). Friendly staff, too.

Nice food and view, unfortunately rooms are just more for sleep as basic setup, not not much set for wintery stay as they use portable electric heating.
Stayed here for four nights and had an excellent time,Matthew,Angela and the team were fantastic,the food is especially good and we certainly never went hungry I'll certainly be back again.
A quite pleasant restaurant and what I would call "Typical Pub Food", nothing special. Pleasant staff.

We had two meals here.1st meal was a nite when anything that could go wrong went wrong for hotel after a long wait for food which was lovely we were given complimentary drinks for our wait it didn't put us of as we returned following nite for bar meal. It is very Well priced and portions are huge.it sits right on the harbour with amazing views over to mull and iona.well worth a visit

Great friendly bar staff with a decent selection of drinks considering the location. Wild camping about 30 meters away and we spent a memorable evening in here sheltering from the elements.
Staff are pretty friendly, I have eaten there on multiple occasions and the food was good, definitely worth a visit!
Great pub atmosphere, friendly staff and perfect for sheltering from adverse weather.
Brilliant location across from the blonde sandy bay. Views towards Scarinish lighthouse. Makes an ideal base for travel around Tiree with a cycle. Close to the local supermarket and ferry terminal.
Only had drinks here it's under new management looks okay.

Restaurant has good food, hearty portions and friendly staff.
Tatty, damp and cold rooms. The windows were so dirty you couldn t see out of them. Breakfast was laughable. Avoid. If Tiree was Cindy Crawford s face, this place would be the hairy mole growing out of it.
Local establishment for local people but will handle the occasional tourist.
