My mortgage broker used ServiceLink to close on my refi in late October. It was as smooth as any other close as I've had with others. My rep was super responsive and thorough with communication. I knew exactly what was needed at close (in terms of closing statement with cash outlay), where and when my first payment was going and all worked conveniently to my schedule.
