I'm hoping I've got the right place. I ordered online and the customer service was so incredible, I needed to leave an upstanding review. I bought a pair of studio headphones as a Christmas gift, so I can't comment on the quality of product just yet. However I've never recieved such amazing customer service. They called to reconfirm the order and to thank me and then I got an email for the same purpose. Then they kept tabs after the product was shipped and delivered. Most places just send a confirmation and tracking email. This place was so personal and even delivered candy and a sticker with the headphones. I really appreciate their service and I'll make sure to update this review for product quality when I find out. 10/10 would recommend them for service alone!
