We have stayed at many Embassy Suites previously. Always enjoyed our stay. Now for this stay. The worst managers reception i have ever experienced. You have to go to a cubbyhole to get your drinks, not allowed to get them in the "real bar". After going to dinner we decide to go back to the hotel and let the children swim for a bit. Nope can't do that as they have closed the pool for a private party (no notification). I thought when I selected this hotel for all these amenities i would get them.
